At 2,208 meters, this Swiss Alpine Club refuge is managed by Michelin-starred Franck Reynaud (of L'Ours) and renowned mountain guide Pierre-Olivier Bagnoud. Reynaud reportedly ski-tours up each morning to oversee the kitchen—proof that mountain hut and fine dining are compatible.
