LeMontBlanc

Michelin-starred cuisine in a rotunda with views from Matterhorn to Mont Blanc

Crans-Montana · 5 minutes from center

About

The rotunda design delivers one of Switzerland's most spectacular dining room views—semi-circular panoramic windows sweep from the Matterhorn to Mont Blanc. Chef Yannick Crepaux, trained under legends Guy Martin and Christian Constant, has earned his Michelin star with a culinary philosophy he calls "Shinrin Yoku" (forest bathing) and signature "Eat the Tree" conceptual presentations.

Insider Intelligence

Book for 18:00-19:00 in winter (sunset ~16:45-17:30) for golden hour on the Alps. The Chef's Table in the kitchen includes an aperitif served by the chef himself. The wine program won a Swiss Wine List Gold Medal—approximately 70% Swiss wines, many from small Valais producers.
