About
Cave Albert Mathier & Söhne is the historic Salgesch house that pioneered the Dôle de Salgesch appellation in 1928. Now in its third generation under Amédée Mathier, the cellar was the first Swiss producer to age wines in Georgian Kvevri amphorae, sitting alongside a more conventional range of Pinot Noir, Cornalin, and Heida.
