Cave Franz-Josef Mathier has been Bio Suisse certified since 2022. The estate is led by Felizitas Mathier Benicchio — the first woman in Switzerland to hold the federal Weintechnologin diploma (1998) — and has been a Cornalin pioneer since 1972, predating most of the variety's modern revival.
